Futsal Super League | Aidenal set early pace ahead of match day 3

Aidenal Entebbe Futsal Club have assumed an early top of the table position in the 2022 Futsal Super League after winning their two games on Match-day 2.

The White Brigades defeated Luzira 5-2 and Kisenyi 7-2 on Saturday at Old Kampala to claim maximum points.

John Ben Nakibinge scored a brace while Faisal Wabyona, Marvin Kavuma and Denis Kalanzi added one each as Aidenal eased past Luzira.

Luzira’s only two goals were scored by Joseph Seembatya and Joshua Aziku.

In their second match, Sulaiman Mutyaba and Marvin Kavuma had a double each, Denis Kalanzi, Jovan Mawejje and Angelo Kizza grabbed a goal each for Aidenal.

Julius Kasagga and Brian Keziron Nsereko contributed a goal each in a losing effort for Kisenyi FC.

Aidenal who have now won three and drawn once out of four games,lead the table with 10 points. KJT and Park occupy the second and third positions respectively- all on 8 points.

At the summit of the scorers chart,is Issa Kisule of Talent Bridge with seven goals and he’s closely followed by Aidenal’s Marvin Kavuma on six.

Elsewhere, Kabowa Dream continued with their winless run of four losses from as many games.

ASKA Nansana is the other team that won two games from as many on match-day two, beating Kabowa Dream and Luzira 5-3 each.

The league continues next Saturday with match-day three.
