The Inspector General of Police, John Martins Okoth Ochola has appointed Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Claire Nabakka as the new deputy police spokesperson.

Nabakka replaces Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Polly Namaye who is currently in South Sudan for a United Nations mission.

Before her latest appointment, Nabakka was serving as an administrator at the Senior Command and Staff College, Bwebajja in Wakiso district along Entebbe road.

Nabakka, whose appointment takes immediate effect, will deputize Commissioner of Police (CP), Fred Enanga, the Police spokesperson.
