Qatar2022: Micho names squad for Rwanda double header

Uganda Cranes Head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has named a 33 man provisional Squad of players selected from the Uganda Premier League.

The squad will be preparing for the FIFA World Cup Qatar Qualifiers 2022 against Rwanda due on 7th and 10th October 2021.

According to Federation of Uganda Football Associations(Fufa), the team entered camp on Sunday after beating the Eastern region select team 0-1 in Mbale during the Uganda Cranes Regional Tour.

From the 33 players, Micho will, after several training sessions pick a reasonable number that will be joined by the foreign based legion.

Fufa said the foreign players will be known later during the FIFA international window.
