Netball federation releases squad to prepare for S.Africa tourney

The team will on August 20,2021 enter camp at Kampala University where it's expected to train until September 7, 2021.

The Uganda Netball Federation (UNF) Technical Committee has released a squad of 26 players ahead of an International Men’s Netball championship scheduled for September 14-18, 2021 in Pretoria, South Africa.

According to a statement released on Thursday, the team will on August 20,2021 enter camp at Kampala University where it’s expected to train until September 7, 2021.

Recently, the Federation conducted interviews to determine the next national team coach. However, the results are yet to come out and consequently, Mr Muhumuza Richard the UNF Vice President Technical announced that Mr. Vincent Kawooya Kiwanuka would be in charge of the team but in a care-taker role.
