Youngster Muluuli hoping to shine at Police

One of Police FC’s January recruits Brian Muluuli Mayanja didn’t take anytime to announce his arrival at the club as he played a key role in his team’s 3-1 victory over Kyetume FC on Friday.

The talented forward netted a goal in the 73th minute on his debut in a game the Cops ran riot over the Slaughters at the MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo.


Muluuli who joined Police from new comers Kitara FC, has set targets this season. He believes there is a lot that the club wants to achieve this season and must work hard to make sure the set targets are fulfilled.

“First of all , I’m delighted to have joined a great club like Police FC. I’m so happy to score my first goal on my debut. My Target is score as many goals as possible to help the club achieve it’s goals and to improve on my career as a player,” he exclusively told StaDailyNews.

The youngster played an integral part in the promotion to the top division of Kitara football club and was a pillar of the team before he moved to coach Abdallah Mubiru’s side in January.

Despite being his maiden season in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League, Muluuli is optimistic his future will be bright.

Police host Jinja based Side BUL FC on Tuesday 16th February 2021 at the same premise. And thus, it will be Muluuli’s prayers that he can catch the coach’s eye and continue to exhibit what he has.
