Masiko formally commits to Wakiso Giants


Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants have confirmed the signing of former Vipers SC midfielderTom Masiko on a permanent deal. “We are delighted to announce that Tom Masiko has joined the club on a permanent contract from Vipers SC,” the Purple Sharks wrote on their website.

Masiko featured for the Wakiso based club last season but on loan. He has now completed a permanent move signing a three year contract.


“I am happy to make a permanent move. I had good time here last season and want to continue my marriage with the club as well as create history here,” Masiko delightfully told club website.
Masiko, who once played for KCCA FC, didn’t forget his last immediate bosses either. “I want to thank Vipers for the great time I had at Kitende, the coaches that have handled me and all my teammates as well as management,” he said.

Masiko scored four goals and made as many assists last season for the club and scored the club’s first goal in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
